A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Hugh James in Manchester for having Claire speak to them about the ever-thrilling topic of spasticity and 24-hour postural management yesterday.
It was absolutely lovely to meet so many of you, and I sincerely hope you all enjoyed the luxury water bottles and the posh chocolates! I’m sure it made the subject matter that much more exciting! Looking forward to the next one!

Claire completed her level 1 sailing qualification at plas Menai this weekend with the hope of being able to support a client with returning to sailing his dingy by next summer.
Only capsized it once 🙈.
Well done Claire and shes now looking forward to level 2 in a few weeks.🎖️💪
