🌿Due to the rising numbers of cancelled appointments since the new year I’m having to change my cancellation period from 24hours to 48hours in advance.

Any cancellations within 48hours will be charged the full appointment amount or make your pre paid voucher void.

I understand that things can ‘crop up’. So If you’re feeling unwell or need to change/cancel your appointment, please reach out to me as soon as possible.

I am so so grateful for all of my clients and it saddens me that I’m having to impose this, but with cancellations happening DAILY it’s starting to have a big impact on my little business.
