You might think you’re doing things right because you’re being healthy..

but the eating “clean” and “no processed” diet as a fighter can leave you:

✅ Depleted of correct carbohydrate intake
✅ Depleted of correct energy intake
✅ Obsessive behaviours / Binges post weigh-in
✅ Inability to push the correct intensities in training

Focus on what matters for A FIGHTER, instead of following Instagram trends like no seed oils, steak and eggs for breakfast and “high protein”

I have travelled long haul ALOT and have always made weight! AND so have all of my clients (including flights to Japan 15+ hrs of travel to weigh in 12hrs later) ✅✈️

However, this doesn’t mean flying/travel can’t cause some issues when it comes to cutting weight. And there’s definitely some things you should take into consideration to avoid such issues.
