Why emotions can come up during a Soundbath… 💧
Your mind and body stopped for the first time in a long time!
When you actually stop, really stop! Not Netflix and chill stop, not cocktail on a lounger by the pool stop, but REALLY STOP ✋…
You allow your feelings to find a path from where they have been hidden in the body to the light, to breathe and to surface.
We are very good at finding hiding places for our feelings but keeping them in the dark only allows them time to manifest into physical aches, pains and dis-ease.
So if you have a moment at a Soundbath, where your mind and your body relaxed so deeply that you felt safe enough to cry, to feel and to show emotion, that’s a WIN! You are healing, you are allowing your healing 💖
I’m not saying you will cry at a soundbath but it’s possible, and maybe this helps you understand why…
You may feel drawn to working with sound as a therapy and many of you may not know that behind the scenes, this is some of the most profound work I get to do with my clients 1-2-1. If you would like to work with feelings that are stuck, emotions waiting to be released, then Sonic Reflection Therapy may be just what you need.
Here are the ways I offer Sound Therapy:
✨Sonic Reflection Therapy: Working with sound to overcome life’s challenges
✨Group Public Soundbath: Attend with others from the public
✨Private Soundbaths for between 2-15 people: Book your own Soundbath with friends or family
✨1-2-1 Soundbath: Like a normal Soundbath, but more immersive and private
