⭐️⭐️⭐️ITS MENOPAUSE AWARENESS MONTH ⭐️⭐️⭐️
By 2027, large organisations in the UK will be legally required to implement menopause action plans — so don’t wait until it’s mandatory.

4. Build a support network — outside of work (family, friends, coach, peer groups).
5. Be a change agent. When women talk openly, the power of collective voice is unstoppable.
