What is a New Year?

People are talking about big changes happening in this new year but what is a new year? It is only a mark of time. Yesterday, today and tomorrow. Have you noticed that time is moving so fast it feels irrelevant or even inconvenient? The big changes are happening right under our noses but they are within, not without.

It is happening to the me, myself and I in every one of us and in doing so, it changes our reality right before our very eyes. Our spirit knows this and has been preparing our minds and bodies for it. Even science itself is coming to understand this.

If there is one change we can make in this moment in time or “new year,” it is to get to know ourselves, to connect with our souls.

Seek wisdom, seek healing, seek reconnection with the higher consciousness. These things should be our greatest goals because all come from a point of love.

To those who have given their support, beautiful tokens of gratitude, their healing and their love this last year., to those who have placed challenges in my way so that I may learn and be reminded to look in the mirror and seek answers within…

However you celebrate this wonderful festive season, I just want to say a huge thank you to all my spiritual family all over the world and to send you my very best wishes for the coming New Year ahead.

Above all, I hope you will find time to meditate, rest, relax, re-charge and to look after yourselves so that you can embrace with joy, the exciting changes I feel next year will bring.

Choosing our Lives Before We Are Born…

There is a spiritual concept that we choose our lives before we are born and we live many lives in many guises. If we accept it, we change the game of life, however, that is a step too far for most because we are societally conditioned to blame our life’s circumstances on others.

The meaning of life is ‘experience.’ It’s a deep spiritual message which triggers and angers people because it causes us to look in the mirror and realise that we have to learn to love and forgive ourselves and others, unconditionally.
