Celebrating an incredible achievement from one of our amazing patients.
After working through injury and staying committed to his health, he has just won silver in the V55 10,000m at the European Masters Championships in Madeira 🥈

He first became European Junior Champion in 1987 at 500m, and all these years later he is still showing what is possible with the right support, movement, and determination.

We are so honoured to have played a part in his journey back to full fitness so he can keep doing what he loves.
