👋 A warm welcome from all of us at Barnstaple & Holsworthy Chiropractic & Complementary Health Centre.

For more than 25 years we’ve been caring for people across North Devon and North Cornwall. From long-term pain to injury recovery, pregnancy care to posture support, our focus is always the same: helping you move better, feel stronger and live with less discomfort.

We see people of all ages, from babies through to grandparents, and tailor each plan to suit individual needs.

These knitted dolls have been bringing smiles wherever they go 🧶✨

One of Sharon’s patients has been creating them as part of a lovely kindness project. She leaves them out in the community for people to find, each with a note saying ‘I’m not lost, please look after me and love me.’

She kindly gave Sharon a few as well, to share with some of the children who visit the clinic. It’s a thoughtful gesture, especially at this time of year as little ones head back to school - a simple act of kindness that helps make their day a little brighter.

And of course, sitting proudly in the middle is Cowlvin the cow 🐮🚙 already known for his adventures across Europe with Sharon’s son Marshall!
