Whilst i was away on Holiday in January, Arthur was left holding the reins and did a weeks worth of Gutter Vacuuming jobs.

We pledged we would donate £10.00 from every job, 14 jobs completed that week so thats £140.00, ive rounded it upto £150.00 and sent it on its way to HOLT YOUTH PROJECT.

Huge thanks to everybody that had their gutters vacuumed that week.

We will be doing 2 weeks of Gutter, Fascia & Soffit cleaning and Gutter Vacuuming in June where we will donating from every job booked in again.

If youd like to be booked in for any of these services in June we are taking bookings now.

You could literally write a book about how my luck runs.
I spent Wed/Thur/Fri thinking i felt rough due to jetlag, NOPE Saturday i ended up having to go to hospital and after spending 7hrs there being poked, prodded and stuck with needles it turns out i have a very nasty Viral infection. Ive been told to rest up until i feel 100% as not doing so will prolong it, so i will be back on the glass as soon as i can.

I can only appologise for further delays and be assured i will be with people as soon as i possibly can.

When your a window cleaner, sometimes your Saturday morning just looks like a messy table covered in spares, tools and packaging, but your Monday morning looks like working with 2 brand new poles and brushes.

Yes i did get told off by the wife for the table mess 🫢🫢🫢🫢🫢

We were fully looking forward to being back on the glass today, but with these freezing temperatures and snowy & icy conditions for the safety of ourselves and our customers we will be taking a decision each morning wether we will be working or not each day.

Happy New Year to all our customers and everybody local.
As we move into our 8th year of business i would like to thank everybody for their continued support.

This year i will be continuing my support of Holt Utd Football Club, along with supporting Holt Youth Project as HWCS' charity of the year.
You can still book in a Gutter Vacuum for our Charity Week at the end of January which includes a £10.00 donation from every job that week, with another Charity Week planned for June

For our week of Gutter Vacuuming at the end of January, I will be donating £10.00 from evey job to an amazing Holt based charity called HOLT YOUTH PROJECT, they do absolutely amazing things for the youngsters of Holt, including Youth Clubs, days out, weekends away, and during school holiday an abundance of activities, my own kids have both used the facilties when they were younger and absolutely loved their times there.
So its my absolute pleasure to donate to this extremely worth charity.

Every year without fail we get asked atleast 20 times "if i pay you, can you put my xmas lights up" we have always and will always have to decline this, not because we dont like xmas and are grinch's but its a case of insurance. This is not a job thats covered by our insurance, we are always honest with our customers and if theres jobs we are not able to do we would always decline them as the last thing we would want would be for something to go wrong and end up costing YOU a fortune.

----------CUSTOMER NOTICE----------
Just letting all our customers know that 2025 prices for domestic & commercial window cleaning WILL be frozen for 2026. Our cost have risen during this year, from insurance and van costs to equipment costs and general running costs BUT we do value every customer we have and i know we have been behind with our scheduling, so with that in mind i have decided as a thank you for your continued loyalty to HWCS im happy to swallow the price increases and hold all prices for window cleaning for the next 12months and will review again for 2027.
