You know those nights where you get home from work, and you're TIRED. The last thing you want to do is cook. The urge for a takeaway or the lure of the 'crap-cupboard' beckons... Well, it's times like that, when you need a plan!
My members are so incredibly inspiring in group - and they have shared loads of excellent tips, strategies, and advice to get themselves (and anyone) through.
🍱 A free-food Slimming World ready meal available from Iceland Foods Holyhead or low syn equivalents in the freezer, on standby
🍽 Leftovers of bolognese, chilli, soups, or stews can be refrigerated or frozen. Cook once, eat when you need it! Remember to label though, unless you enjoy meal roulette! 😉🤣
🍜 My personal favourite is having a bank of 'speedy meals' that you can throw together in minutes. I love patatas bravas, stirfrys, and also this special fried rice for those can't-be-bothered moments! I've never regretted forcing myself to spend the 15 mins (yup, that's all) on making this fine, fast, fayre!
