November and Decembers availability is limited. I will opening up slots for the Christmas period.

It’s worth remembering that injectable treatments may cause bruising, I suggest allowing the minimum of 2 weeks recovery times to allow for this before any big planned events or night out.

For facial treatments and peels allow at least a week (although may need more dependent on the treatment)

It’s been a long time since we closed the clinc doors, it all seems a little sureal! There has been a lot of changes and more to come for the way we all live our lives going forward.

Over the past few weeks we have all seen a glimer of hope with lock down restrictions reducing in England and Wales and it’ll soon be time to get back to business.

However, we still don’t have a clear and definate date from the Welsh Government for re-opening non essential businesses such as ours.

Current estimations are for early July, however this may be earlier or later based on data and figures.

I have decided the best way forward would be to open up the diary from Monday the 6th July for just 2 weeks of appointments, this can be shifted forward or back once we have a set date to re-open.

If an earlier re-opening date were to be possible, clients booked in for those first 2 weeks (from the 6th) would have the choice to move their appointment forward.

If a later opening date was required, we would move all appointments back to this date. Clients originally booked for the first two weeks from the 6th of July would be given first refusal on the appointments from this new later opening date.

All bookings will need to be made via our Fresha Online Booking System.

Clients on the priority list will be informed first when this is open.

There will be significant changes to how your appointment takes place, including online consultations, client/staff PPE, temperature checks upon arrival, an enhanced cleaning schedule and reduced patient cross over.

Further details on the new processes we have implemented to protect you during your appointment will be posted this week.

The list is open!

Hi guys! Hope you are all keeping well during this difficult time for us all. I’ve been nice and busy with my NHS work andh at home and with online training. As a NHS key worker, I thank you personally for staying at home.
In line with government advice, the Luxe clinics remains closed, however I’m closely following news and guidance as things continue to improve in the battle against this virus.
Currently I’m looking at implementing procedures that will keep you safe & further reduce the risk of infection when restrictions are lifted, including steps to comply with social distancing, longer appointment times, increased PPE and more emphasis on video consultations to reduce the need for contact.

Online booking for video consultations will be available from Monday 4th May at 10am ... slots will be limited.
If you would like me to schedule a slot for you please DM and I will start a list.
Video consultations will be free, and all clients booking a video consultation online will receive a 10% discount code and will be given priority on booking slots, when the clinic re-opens.

Clients who had treatment sessions & prior bookings disrupted, will also be given priority on bookings.

While I’m eager to get back to business & normality ASAP, I will only do so when the time is right and it’s safe for you guys.
