🎄 Merry Christmas & Thank You 🎄

As we head into the festive season, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all my clients at Anglesey Body & Mind Holistic Pain Clinic for your continued trust and support throughout the year. It truly means so much, and it has been an honour to support you on your individual journeys toward better health, balance, and wellbeing.

The clinic will reopen on 5th January. However, if you find yourself in need of support over the Christmas period, limited urgent appointments may be available, please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you feel you need to.

As we move through this busy time, a gentle reminder to be kind to your body and mind, rest when you can, breathe deeply, stay hydrated, and allow yourself moments of calm amidst the celebrations.

There will be a price increase for all body mind & wellbeing treatments effective January 1st 2025.

This is the first price adjustment since I began practicing in 2017 so I hope all my clients can understand the need for this price adjustment.

This change reflects my ongoing commitment to professional development, with continuous invest in my education and skills to provide the highest quality care to my clients.

Taking a deeper look 🥰

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatevr is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provids the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affrmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others 💛

📣 Announcement 📣

A well overdue update on the page, however it’s been a very busy 6 months.

I am delighted to announce the introduction of 2 new therapies available at the clinic

💛 EMDR ( Eye movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing)

💛 Advanced Clinical/Medical Hypnotherapy

Whilst my new qualification of EMDR therapy was gained earlier this year January of 2024 it has only been available to my current clients (due to the clinic being very busy) .

So I am delighted to now be able to offer both EMDR and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy from July 1st 2024

I will be popping a few separate posts on the page to explain in a little more detail about both new therapies over the next few days

This weekend is all about learning how to treat IBS with clinical hypnotherapy.

With so many people dealing with IBS, I’m really looking forward to being able to offer this treatment in the clinic, for what can be a very debilitating condition 🥰
