Peacefully at his partner’s home with his loved ones around him. Of Cybi Place, Holyhead and formerly of Reading and Cumbria. Aged 68 years.
Beloved son of Marian and the late Jac. Much loved father of Aaron, Jessica and the late Zac. A loving partner to Sylvia, a proud Grandad of Annie, Amarni, Zanzie, Timmony and Robin, and Great Grandad to Maya. A very dear brother to Alan and Colin.
Funeral on Friday 8th August 2025. Service and Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 2:45pm.

This isn’t something to be ashamed of — it’s a normal response to heartbreak. Denial helps protect us from too much pain all at once.

If you’re feeling numb or disconnected, you are not alone. This is your heart’s way of taking things slowly.

💡 *Gentle tip:* Create small moments of routine for yourself — a cup of tea in your favourite spot, a short walk, or listening to calming music. These little acts can help bring some steadiness to your days as you gently adjust to your loss.

And remember: you don’t have to “snap out of it” or “move on”. You’re allowed to take your time. Grief unfolds at your pace, and that’s okay.
