Healing Works with Helen Williams Multi sensory, animal and nature intuitive, Reiki Healing, holistic massage and mediumship with direct voice channelling by Helen I found it gently relaxing.

My personal journey with healing started as a young child. My father would ask me to put my hands on his head in the evenings to help with his stress headaches after work. He always said I had healing hands and I just accepted that as a part of me. In 2001 whilst working in America on cruises, my parents came to visit. It was shortly after 9:11 and my anxiety was extreme. My mum had just completed her reiki 1 training and offered me a healing. I came back to the UK shortly after and began accessing reiki with a reiki master and I was hooked. I read a lot and began learning about energy work, crystals, Bach Flowers, dowsing and auras. I started to recognise how I was feeling better and my own intuition was becoming stronger. After 6 months of healing my reiki healer asked if I would be interested in becoming a healer. Following my attunement I felt amazing, I saw bright colours and felt connected to something more. Over the next 2 years I practised and read more books on healing, energy, channelling, crystals and past lives. I began meditating daily and continued to have reiki shares with my teacher who attuned me to reiki 2 and then Master level. I became more aware of channelling messages following attunement with visions, dreams and automatic writing providing guidance. I continued to practice, read and learn whilst completing my nurse training in 2007, getting married and having my children over the next few years. In 2019 I completed my holistic massage practitioner training and we went into lockdown in 2020. In lockdown with more time available I started prioritising my spiritual well-being and found a YouTube clip of Wim Hof talking about how breathing differently can give access to deep healing and peace. I had a go and experienced dramatic physical and emotional responses. Clear thinking and peace of mind. I subscribed to his app, began having cold showers and doing push ups every day. I continued to do reiki shares with my teacher using distance healing as she moved away. I explained I wanted to combine distance healing with the breath work and see you if she could tell any difference. The following day she explained how she felt incredible and wanted to pass on her healing clients to me as she was retiring. Through lockdown I was busy sending distance healing around the world and by using the breath work I was also getting messages from ascended masters, spirit guides and client's ancestors. These messages are shared on WhatsApp following the healing.

Highly recommended healer… I always feel so much lighter following her work on my energy… incredibly Kerry Anne has been telling me for 2 years about a lump she could feel in my gut. She was spot on and I’ve just had a large polyp removed in surgery… Now her work is helping me recover from that surgery and bring my body back into balance. Thank you 🙏

I noticed recently that whenever someone asked me how I was I would reply with “busy”. I noticed this so often that I actually got sick of hearing it myself. I sat with it, I asked myself what I felt every time I said it. It fuelled my anxiety about all of the things I have to do. It wasn’t serving me. It wasn’t actually even me expressing how I actually was.

There are so many phrases we use, our dialogue is unique to us. But do we ever stop to think about the impact that our words are having on our emotions, our behaviours and our body?

I felt tired every time I said it. It was a reminder of all the things “I’ve still not done” the pressure I felt, the mountain I felt like I was climbing.

Am I going to respond with “busy” in the future? Probably 😅. I’m human. But what I will do is notice it, and reframe it.

See the thing is - those words on the left, we have learnt that they protect us. In one way or another we have learnt to use them to survive. But actually the words on the right will help us to thrive!
