I havenโt been feeling 100% physically this week, and I noticed how quickly my chatter and overthinking brain jumped in to distract me.
So this morning, I decided to slow down and focus on myself. I spent some time doing my daily affirmations, journaling, reading, and practising gratitude.
I took a few minutes to check in with myself and ask, โWhat does my body need right now?โ
It helped me tune into my energy and recognise what Iโm capable of physically and mentally today.
Now, I feel ready to have an amazing day, at my own pace, doing the things that lift me up and move me closer to the life Iโm creating.
Itโs a reminder that itโs okay not to be โon itโ 24/7. Nobody can be.
The real question is, what will you do today to give your body the rest it needs or to lift yourself up?
