Had a hydrotherm massage with Caroline today
I've been having massage with Caroline for over a year now helping me with my shoulders and back today Caroline introduced me to hydro massage on the difference was amazing
This massage was warm very relaxing and yet still attended to the needs that I have had to have help with for over the past year
For me it was more relaxing yet still manipulated my shoulder and my back issues
I found greater benefits with this massage as it helped my whole body alignment as well as relaxing and it could achieve greater results but with much better comfort
I was warm relaxed exit Extremely comfortable and was pleasantly surprised at the results as my body was sora than I had originally thought
I felt like my whole alignment of my body was in better placement And I found the whole experience one of the best massages I have ever received
Loved the way my body felt it was still being treated because of the movement whilst Caroline worked on other areas
I strongly recommend that you don't have too much to do after this massage as I was so relaxed
I will be having this treatment every week 100% As normally for Caroline to help me with my shoulder I do have to enjoy a bit of pressure and discomfort where is in this case it achieved more with no pressure or discomfort and results much better

All treatments include lovely warm oils and luxury balm if having reflexology.
A 30 minute treatment you could have a back, neck & shoulders or leg massage.
A 60 minute treatment is a full body massage.
A 90 minute treatment allows more time to unwind with a full body massage along with an indian head massage.
A 120 minute treatment includes is a full body massage, indian head massage and foot reflexology.
