Teaching Hypnobirthing and relaxation classes in Northern Ireland and remotely I will help you to have the calm and positive birth you want by practicing self-

hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques, gentle partner massages and listening to comforting positive affirmations and guided relaxation audios. These techniques will help you to bring strength and confidence throughout pregnancy and labour when you need it most. Hypnobirthing is a complete birth preparation course, that gives you all the tools to use during pregnancy and labour and will help you to alleviate any fears. However, these powerful tools and techniques need to be practiced! Relaxation is a skill, believe it or not, and like all skills, they need to be trained in order to achieve your best performance.

👋 SPOILER ALERT: You can't ruin your child with love & closeness ✨
Even when society says they're "too old for it" 🙄 "too old to breastfeed them", "too old to hug them when they cry", "too old for them to wake at night" or "for wanting your full attention"... the list goes on.

The idea of letting children "cry it out" or limiting physical affection at a certain age is considered to be an old-fashioned approach to parenting. In fact, ☝️ modern research supports the importance of responding to a child's emotional needs, including offering comfort & connection through touch, hugs, and reassurance, regardless of their age. These nurturing actions help children feel secure, develop emotional intelligence, and build stronger bonds.

It's completely normal for children to want to be close to us - they seek comfort, security, and connection. Responding to their needs helps them grow into confident, secure individuals. ✨ You're not spoiling them; you're nurturing their sense of safety and trust. 💖
