Sarah Key Upskilling

I have been practicing The Sarah Key Method for 17 years, and it has been career changing specifically in my approach to spinal pain (low back pain, thoracic or rib pain and neck pain).

Many of our clients at NorthDownPhysio have had myself (Julia) or Cat or Laura or Katie, and now Holly, walk on their backs!!

This is an amazing technique, coupled with specific spinal decompression exercises, for acute locked backs and those suffering from chronic spinal pain.

Holly and I recently made the road trip, across on the ferry, to Scotland to learn from Sarah Key herself.

Youth cricketers, please monitor your bowling loads this cricket season.
These new guidelines from England Cricket have been developed in reaction to the high numbers of young cricketers with lower back bone stress injury.
This is noted especially in the fast bowlers action with too many overs practiced.
At North Down Physio we have unfortunately given this diagnosis to too many kids over the last few cricket seasons, and it is devastating for them.
However it is preventable, so please watch your numbers.
