This Mum + Baby Mat class is suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (and beyond), designed to help you rebuild strength safely and confidently at your own pace.

Led by a physiotherapist with specialist training in postnatal Pilates, each session focuses on:

Join us in welcoming Olivia to our Podiatry Team!

Olivia joins the clinic as a Podiatrist after graduating from Ulster University in July, where she developed a strong foundation across all areas of podiatry.

She enjoys all aspects of podiatry, from routine foot care to musculoskeletal assessments and nail surgery, and is passionate about helping people stay active and comfortable in their everyday lives.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys keeping active, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

Olivia is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Royal College of Podiatry.

Olivia will be working predominantly Monday and Thursday in Holywood and is looking forward to meeting and helping the people who come through the doors at Active Health.

Welcome Rory to the Active Health team!

Rory joins us as a physiotherapist with a strong background in sport, strength and rehabilitation. He first studied Sport and Exercise Science at Ulster University, before working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer, and later completing his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton.

After qualifying, Rory worked in a private musculoskeletal clinic in England, gaining valuable experience treating a wide range of injuries before moving back home in 2025. He’s looking forward to meeting and helping the people who come through the doors at Active Health.

Rory has a particular interest in:
✔️Patient education
✔️Functional rehabilitation
✔️Sports injuries
✔️Strength and conditioning

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him in the gym, out running, cooking, or planning his next trip.

Rory is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
