'Chic Physique' is a Personal Training business set up on the initiative of Sara Alexander, a Sport Scientist, Personal Trainer and hockey coach. Chic Physique personal training is set up to help and educate individuals of all fitness levels. It aims to educate clients on how to live a healthy lifestyle and maintain a healthy figure without having to feel they are constantly 'missing out' socially. The whole ethos is based around fitting your healthy lifestyle into your own busy working lives and making exercise an enjoyable part of your social life. Chic Physique clients are normal, hard working individuals who are able to maintain a healthy lifestyle through the correct training and making the right choices. Often individuals can feel very self conscious in a large corporate gym, the Chic Physique studio provides a relaxed and friendly environment where clients can train and progress on a personal 1-2-1 level. Sara has previously worked with a variety of exercise levels and experience. She uses her own knowledge and the current training techniques to develop sustainable, individualised programs for clients and ensures she guides them through and educates them in correct form and technique throughout. She aims to make sessions relaxed and enjoyable while still keeping clients challenged at the right level for their individual needs. She thrives on seeing the both physiological and psychological effects exercise can have upon clients, boosting both their and her own enthusiasm to achieve goals.
