Hi everyone! Since this page has now been running for nearly a year, I thought it was the perfect time to reintroduce myself!

👋 I'm Amy, a BASRaT-accredited Graduate Sports Rehabilitator. That means I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries—not just for athletes, but for everyone, from all walks of life.

I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2019 and have since worked across a variety of settings, including the NHS, the private sector, and now in occupational health too. This wide range of experience helps me offer a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to rehab and recovery.
