Calling all schools in Devon! We are really excited to be able to offer our workbooks and training fully funded to you thanks to Devon County Council. Our Arts Therapists will share creative exercises you can use to have conversations about anxiety, wellbeing, stress and self-care with children and young people you work with. We'll send you copies of our workbook in advance and enjoy a 2 hour online training session together to introduce you to using it. You can book you spaces here https://www.youthartsandhealth.org/training-with-us

Did you miss out on our Meltdowns & Shutdowns Workshop? We can offer you a selection of resources from the event, available to purchase here: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/RKA2W6LPEA552

This booklet was created to help us navigate meltdowns or shutdowns that our loved ones might be experiencing. These support guides help us to understand the challenges they might be facing, create positive environments, and how we can acknowledge and care for our own wellbeing as carers.
