I now have a booking page! 💗 As well as some in person classes, I’m offering a couple of online classes so if you’re not in Bristol & fancy joining me, it would be lovely to see you. Weekly on a Monday morning, then a special monthly online class with all the profits going to the families in India who I’m helping. Hello lovely people, I’m happy to share with you my latest and hopefully ongoing, fundraising idea. I will be running a mass yoga class in Bristol on Saturday 26th April, to raise money for the families who I help support in India with education, health and housing needs.

Practising in a large group can be very powerful and the idea is to build a community who like to come together like this, maybe every 6 months, to have this collective experience and to raise money for those less fortunate at the same time 💗

I appreciate you are not all local, but please do share this with or tag people who are and might be interested 🙏

I plan to do some regular zoom fundraising classes too, so watch this space if you are unable to come to this one or you’re too far away.

I made 20 of these to give to my fellow yogis at the last weekend where I’m doing my yoga teacher training. We were doing presentations on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. I chose sutra 1.33 which says- By cultivating an attitude of friendship towards those who are happy, compassion to those who are sad, joy toward those who are virtuous & equanimity toward those who are non-virtuous, we create a clear, joyful & stable mind. 💗 A teaching to aspire to ✨
