β¨Life is never perfect, nor is weight loss and maintenance
β¨Keep working on getting your thought process away from Iβve been βgoodβ or βbadβ, so youβre neither βinβ or βoutβ, just keep trying to do your very best.
β¨If you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.
β¨If you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?
β¨Failing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.
β¨Just keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.
β¨Overall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally and physically. Now thatβs worth fighting for.
β¨Nobody is perfect nor is this journey. It wasnβt supposed to be, or has to be to be successful
