Celebrating the power of inclusive wellness...

A big shout out to the Wellness Hub at Grimsby Leisure Centre, Lincs Inspire for helping Andrew Marriot thrive post-stroke.

Andrew has to travel from outside the borough and past his local leisure centre to use the hub’s Innerva's power-assisted equipment. Visiting the hub three times a week, the equipment has been a game-changer for Andrew, helping him build strength safely and regain his mobility in a supportive and social environment.

Well done to the team at Lincs Inspire for investing in inclusivity and truly making a difference.

We were absolutely thrilled to partner with the University of Strathclyde, NHS Lanarkshire and Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland for a pilot which aimed at supporting patients and staff in delivering rehabilitation on the acute stroke ward at University Hospital Wishaw.

The trial ran for 8 months and preliminary results show that patients almost tripled their daily time, adding an average of 53 minutes of additional therapy, bringing the daily total to 87 minutes. Some patients exceeded an extra 100 minutes per day.

Every movement counts 🙌

Howard is the mastermind behind Innerva’s innovative power assisted solution and thanks to his passion, dedication and pure commitment Howard has led our company to provide the world’s leading solution for and those with long term health conditions. People across the world are benefitting from a safe, accessible and fun exercise and rehabilitation solution and his impact will be felt for generations to come.

As Howard steps back from the business as a board advisor, all the team at Innerva will continue to pursue his dream, of keeping more older adults active and healthier in the second half of their lives – improving their everyday quality of life.

With a previous career in physical activity Kim is hugely passionate about the role and activity can have across all systems and advocates strongly for a collaborative approach between systems, departments and sectors – private, public and voluntary. With people living longer and a UK population whose health has deteriorated in recent years, we need to do something differently. Listen in and be inspired – one can’t help but get motivated by Kim’s belief in the power of physical activity and sport 🙌

Delighted to announce the official opening of the first Hello GoodLife Health & Wellbeing hub in , in partnership with our newly appointed Irish distributors Martina Calvey & Seamus Davitt. The hub which is home to the Innerva solution was officially opened by Hildegarde Naughton T.D and has been met with phenomenal success, attracting almost 500 new members within the first three weeks. Big congratulations (from all of us at Innerva) to all the team Castle Leisure Club CLC and Cora Mulroy for seeing the opportunity and transforming the space to provide for the needs of your local hashtag .
