As the school holidays kick off, you may be thinking “I’ll get back to it in September!”……but why? What a difference a year makes! Last summer we were celebrating our daughters’ graduation in London. My smiles were trying to hide sadness that I was feeling. I didn’t know how I’d “let” myself get back to the beginning; square one. I felt lost, frustrated, angry, and very low. You might really relate to this right now. You may also be feeling like you’ve “failed” or “let yourself down” but you know what? These are just self limiting beliefs, and not actually facts! Believe that you can take back control. The fact is, we don’t let ourselves down; sometimes we put weight on; and that’s ok! If you want to make some healthier changes, just know that you’re stronger than your strongest excuse! Fast forward to summer 2025 and I’m 51.5lbs lighter, and feel absolutely fantastic! Don’t ever look backwards, you’re not going that way! Draw that line, and take back control! If you need support to make some changes, I can help you 😊 My meetings are places where you’re not alone, and you can get support, encouragement and motivation to change your life!
