I’m so excited to be bringing you an evening of sound healing with a guided Angelic meditation.
Join us every second Friday for a nurturing space to calm, relax, unwind, and just be.

Each session will include,
A soothing cup of herbal tea or cacao
Gentle guided journaling to release your thoughts onto paper
Immersive Angelic sounds to help clear, release, and restore your energy

This is your time to reconnect with yourself, feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace as the sounds carry you back home to your heart.

Room Relax is now available to hire for just £15 per hour – the perfect setting for intimate gatherings such as,

This calming, versatile space comfortably fits up to 10 people on mats, making it ideal for small group experiences and workshops.

Six years ago, I walked away from a high-stress career that left me utterly burnt-out. I knew I needed a change, so I dove head-first into the world of holistic beauty, massage, and energy healing, learning everything I could about nurturing body, mind, and soul.

That leap of faith has taken me on a beautiful journey of growth, community, and countless “aha” moments. And now the dream has come full circle: I’ve created a cosy sanctuary, a home-from-home where you can unwind, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me out walking my two dogs, soaking up nature, dancing in the elements, or laughing with friends and my daughter. These moments keep my heart full and inspire every treatment I give.

Your Time to Recharge, £90 (90 minutes)

While your toddler is off exploring, you’ll enjoy 90 minutes of pure relaxation (2 treatments). Choose from a selection of nurturing treatments designed to soothe your body and mind.

Indian Head Massage, Release tension and ease stress with this calming scalp, neck, and shoulder massage.

Our nature-led play sessions are full of discovery, creativity and adventure. Children will be outside exploring the beautiful wooded garden just across the road. If the weather’s wild, we’ll bring nature indoors in our lovely hall.

Nature-based activities are proven to support healthy development in young children, from boosting imagination and problem-solving to improving emotional well-being and encouraging independent play. Plus, they’re just loads of fun!

A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the hall and your spot.

The remaining balance can be paid on the day (cash or bank transfer).

We are DBS checked, first aid certified, training in Level 3 Forest School, and experienced in early years and primary education. Your child is in safe, loving hands.

We’re SO excited to offer this soul-soothing package for mums and their tots, a little break for you, big adventures for them!
