Our Hoo Spartans fitness Wednesdays kicking off indoors at the Hundred of Hoo Academy Sports hall this Wednesday at 7.30pm ⏰

If this is your first time you will get your session for free. Please bring your friends and let’s get fit for the remainder of the year and keep the healthy active lifestyle.

Good Morning Guys, and I hope you have all had a fantastic Summer Holiday Break,

The summer closes in and the routines kick back in from September.

Our Hoo Spartans are offering a Free £50 Wellness Evaluation & Health Coaching for you to receive to help you get in and stay in the best shape of your life.

You will see lots of my local friends around the peninsula that have had great results and continue to stay in great shape three years on.

Feeling grateful and proud of myself again after three years on this amazing journey.

This is just the start. It’s been a big struggle the past three months, but they say the comeback is better than the setback.

And in 90 days with three 21 day challenges and lots of treats & of course some hard work I have achieved some incredible health goals.

Labyrinthitis, vertigo, broken nose, whip lash to the neck are just a few of the extra health problems I have been fighting since October 2022.

I have wanted to give up on many occasions but I am so lucky to have great family and friends around me and I have got myself back to that feel good & look good.

Inspired by so many incredible people with the best health company and this is really just the start.

Fitness is and health is a way of life around my business teaching, coaching and life and it’s important to value health as number 1.

Invest in it in all ways, training, nutrition, supplements, sports therapy, equipment, talking therapy the lot.

You come out a stronger person.

This is also a reflection of how far I have come over the past 3 years which shows all journeys have their ups and downs. But sticking with things and staying consistent and disciplined even when motivation drops is the key.

You don’t have to be great at the start but you have to start to be great.

This has been an incredible challenge. “The new me in 2023”

It has been fantastic accountability to get back to my feeling good and healthy after a nasty injury last year in October which has held me back.
Don’t want to bore you guys with it but been focusing on my health and will share with you all soon.
