Katie's Pilates Hook Katies Pilates Classes in Hook. A Pilates instructor since 2002 with a Physiotherapy degree Gentle exercises, tailored to your ability & flexibility.

All adults welcome, from beginners and beyond. Most of all we have lots of fun! Drop me an email to ask any questions and book your place. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Each of my members are encouraged to exercise at their own level and pace and to listen to their body throughout each session. Email me to check availability - booking is essential in all classes

All classes run term-time only
Spaces are limited and therefore booking is required in all sessions
£10.25 -1 hour classes
£8.25 - 45 minute classes( 8am classes)
Fees are paid half-termly upfront
1st class - pay as you go to give it a go! If you're struggling with stress, or feeling mild over-whelm, or have difficulty switching off your thoughts at night to get a good nights sleep.
