Just a polite reminder. ( I hate these)
Please can those with outstanding balances pay before the new year. I’ve had a few of you forget appointments before Christmas and the fee does still need to be paid.
Email and text reminders are sent and when booking the appointment everyone agrees to the cancellation policy. I can’t override this due to the platforms recent update.
The fee is currently 50% for a late (under 48 hour) cancellation and 100% for a no show.
Also please can everyone update their card details of cards have gone out of date.
If you use an account that you need to transfer the money to at the appointment please make sure the funds are available.
Sadly if you don’t arrive or pay - I don’t get paid as I’m self employed. 💗
