What a difference 8 months can make - not only changing you on the outside but the inside aswell.
I’ve gone from a UK size 22/20-size 14/12!
Smashed my goal and have now lost nearly 7 stone!
But I’ve gained SO much - more overall confidence in myself aswell as physically, I’m kinder to myself, have been reminded of how strong I am mentally and I know I’ve made huge steps forward to understanding how I previously used food and drink to ‘solve’ my stress’ and emotions.
8 months - that’s all it’s taken to transform my life after battling with my weight for over 20 years!
I’ve done it for me but I’ve also done it for her - she deserves me at my happiest and healthiest version and I’m now ready to role model this new lifestyle to her aswell to protect her from not having to spend her later years struggling with her weight and being in the yo-yo dieting cycle.
8 months of putting my needs and goals at the forefront - it wasn’t selfish - it was absolutely necessary! You have to look after yourself properly before you can look after others.
