Just wanted to write a little message as we leave the January month behind… to say thank you so much to each and every True Fitness girly, for starting 2026 in a positive way and putting your health and fitness as a priority ♡

I’ve loved having my regular and long standing clients come back with a fresh mindset and new goals, as well as welcoming new clients to the Studio too ♡

I’m loving the Fitness Classes, and all the new ladies who have joined us, as well as the ladies who have been coming since they started - you all make the classes what they are, and I just love the fun, the laughs and the fabulous workouts that you all smash, week in week out!

I want you all to know I truly do appreciate your business, and your loyalty, plus the friendships that I feel my little business has created ♡

But most of all, I appreciate that out of all the Personal Trainers out there to choose from - you chose me ♡

I am so touched at the beautiful little community there is at True Fitness - and it’s all because of you amazing ladies who make it all possible ♡

I'm truly grateful to be a small part of your lives, and fitness journeys each week - you are all fabulous and so valued ♡

💜 Happy 4 Year Anniversary 💜

True Fitness • Coaching by Kirsty

Going into my 5th year of being a Personal Trainer and running my own business… I can honestly say I’ve learnt so much and still learning and growing along the way! 💪🏻

There have been so many wonderful highs, and like anything in life, I’ve had some lows along the way too, but all of which I’ve tried to learn from, and become stronger from, always staying positive 🌟

I’m so excited for the next year ahead in my lovely Studio. I love helping, and supporting ladies towards their goals, no matter what they may be… seeing the transformations unfold both mentally and physically is the most rewarding part of what I do 🙏🏻

So with 25 sessions booked in for next week, and 3 Fitness Classes, I’m so proud to be as busy as I am!! And it’s all because of my amazing clients making this possible too by supporting me, my little business, and ultimately my family 💜

Always remember, if you dream big, work hard, never give up, believe in yourself - anything is possible!

Here’s to a happy, healthy and blessed 2026

💜💪🏻 TRUE FITNESS CIRCUIT CLASS 💪🏻💜

Fancy joining us in 2026 for an amazing workout, in a private, ladies only Studio? Working together with a group of likeminded fabulous women, who are all supportive, have a laugh, a great workout, and leave feeling mentally and physically positive 🙌🏻🔥💪🏻🌟

True Fitness classes are a mixture of various weights, body weight and machine/cardio, in a circuit style format. The classes change weekly but always target a full body approach each session 💪🏻

Everything is adaptable, and suitable for all abilities - everyone has my full support, and my aim is for the workouts to be motivating, challenging and fun, with a guarantee to always have a bit of banter, and leave feeling uplifted 💜

• Monday - 5pm
• Wednesday - 7pm
• Thursday - 6pm

🏋🏼‍♀️ £7.50 per class

🌟🎉 Happy New Year and here’s to 2026 🎉🌟

Just a little message from me, as this new year begins…

You will start to see all the big goals planned, and ‘before and after’ photos, ‘new year new me’ agendas, trying to entice you in, with the quick fixes, and how to lose 2 stone in a day with some silly teas or shakes, or extreme and unrealistic fitness regimes promising the world, and how to get a 6 pack in a week… these do NOT work long term, and you will be miserable trying!! They also in-still guilt and shame over how you may have ‘over indulged’ over the festive period, and this is not healthy mentally 😓

So firstly, please do not be sat there right now feeling any guilt or shame over enjoying the festivities with what you are now seeing on most social media…

Those 3-4 weeks of festive fun and cheer, no matter how you spent them - believe me when I say it’s how you spend the other 48+ weeks out of the year that truly matter, especially when it comes to your overall health, fitness and daily habits 💜

Please remember a few things as we start this new month, and year, and the first is to be kind to yourself… ease yourself in gently if needed into 2026, and if you want to, make small changes that are manageable 🙏🏻 you can also go hard and “lock in” if that’s your preference too, but for most it’s not realistic sustainable long term.

Commit to one positive change - and ultimately it needs to be something you will enjoy too. Join a weekly fitness class to start with, commit to one Pt session each week, lift those weights ladies, increase your overall steps slowly, drink more water, do some self care, focus on more protein and fibre each day, start looking at the calories in the foods you eat… just pick one or two things and don’t overwhelm yourself from the start!

Remember, life is hard at times and so when you feel stressed or anxious, we can easily turn to food more for that feel good fix, but it’s short lived sadly… so learning a new way of coping, and creating new habits over time will be the best thing you can do this year for yourself! 🌟

Make 2026 the year you also work on self love and acceptance, the year you talk kinder to yourself and treat yourself with more appreciation of what you have achieved, rather than what you haven’t 💜

Make 2026 a year that doesn’t revolve around a number on some scales to give you self worth, but instead how healthy you feel mentally and physically… make it a year you work on making time for yourself, doing exercise to feel good, and not just to burn calories, plus eating in moderation and not restriction - take the time for yourself, and do more self care 💜

Ditch the scales if needed, and go off how your clothes fit and feel, take photos, and do measurements instead… base everything on how you feel mentally and physically - because there is no magic number that will make you feel happier year on year, if you keep adding too much pressure and guilt on yourself.

So no matter what your goal is this year, you CAN do this, with my help if needed, and I’m with you all the way to support and cheer you on 💪🏻😍🙌🏻🎉

Please try allowing yourself to feel happy in your body, no matter what your current shape or size… you can love your body but also be allowed to want to make positive changes too.

Try and enjoying the journey to a healthier version of yourself, and it will make you happier overall too… it’s a process, and it’s a life long one, so just give yourself the time needed to get there, and to create new sustainable habits.

This is a lifestyle change, so be patient and consistent, and I promise the results will come 💜

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you who walk through those Studio doors, and support me and my little business - and for allowing me to support you too!! 💪🏻

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas ladies ✨ and also a fabulous New Year as we end 2025 🥂
