Over the past few weeks, Dr Stonell and Michaela (Reception Team Leader) have been out in the community delivering COVID and RSV vaccinations to our housebound patients. They’ve made a fantastic team—though Dr Stonell did mention she might need some travel sickness tablets next time after being chauffeured around by Michaela.💉💉

We’re hosting a PPG Welcome Session here at the surgery on Tuesday the 21st April at 5:15pm and we’d be delighted to welcome anyone interested in getting involved.

🌼 Happy Easter from all of the team at Orchard Croft! 🐣

Please note that our practice will be closed from Friday the 3rd April for the Easter Bank Holiday and we will reopen as normal on Tuesday the 7th April

If you need medical advice while we’re closed, NHS 111 is available for urgent help, and pharmacies can support with many minor illnesses.

Unfortunately there is a Wakefield wide issue affecting access to our computer systems. We appreciate your patience whilst the IT team fix the issue.

⚠️👷‍♂️📢 In the upcoming weeks, scaffolding will be in place at the front of our building due to building works. All appropriate safety precautions are in place, and patient safety remains our top priority.

The scaffolding will be removed as soon as the work is complete.
