A little glimpse into my work!

This video captures a moment of something I’m deeply passionate about, tuning the human biofield.

Everything in and around us is frequency. When the body falls out of harmony, we can gently guide it back through a process called entrainment, where one rhythm begins to sync with another, more coherent one.

It’s subtle, but powerful.
It’s not about forcing change, but allowing the body to remember its natural state of balance.

Every session is different, every energy field tells its own story… and I feel honoured to be able to listen, support and realign.

If you’ve ever felt “off” without knowing why, this work speaks to that space.

London Opera House 2008

When Timothée Chalamet recently referred to opera and ballet as “kind of like a dying art form,” it sparked a lot of conversation online.

As a professional opera singer, I want to offer another perspective.

Opera isn’t dying. It has survived revolutions, wars, the invention of recorded music, cinema, television, and now the digital age. Every generation seems to predict its disappearance. Every generation is wrong.

Opera exists because people dedicate their lives to it. Singers train for decades to master their voices. Musicians, conductors, directors and designers collaborate to create something that exists only for a few hours on stage, live, unfiltered and human.

And for many of us, opera is sacred. 🎭

Not sacred in an elitist sense, but in the sense of devotion. Discipline. Tradition. The moment when a human voice fills a theatre and connects hundreds of people through sound and story.

Opera doesn’t compete with trends. It endures beyond them.

It’s alive in rehearsal rooms, conservatories, opera houses and on stages across the world and carried forward by the artists and audiences who believe in it.

Some art forms chase attention.
Others are built to last.

Opera is one of them. 🎶

Ten years ago today I had the honour of singing at a charity event that still stays with me 💛

It wasn’t the biggest stage I’ve stood on, but it was one of the most powerful. There’s something extraordinary about what happens when a voice is used with intention. A voice isn’t just sound, it’s vibration. It’s frequency. It moves through air, through space, through people.

Science tells us everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies. When we sing, we’re not just performing, we’re transmitting emotion, memory, and connection. The human voice can calm a nervous system, lift a room, bring tears, spark courage. It can shift the atmosphere in seconds.

That night, it wasn’t about perfection. It was about resonance. About hearts aligning in one shared moment. About using something as simple and natural as the voice to raise money, awareness, and hope.

A decade later, I’m reminded that our voices are powerful tools. Whether we’re singing on a stage, speaking up for a cause, or simply encouraging someone who needs it. What we carry in our frequency matters.

Never underestimate the power of your voice. 🎶✨

Five years ago I wrote a poem about something that I felt deeply in my spirit, as I too had a very challenging childhood and now work with survivors.
At the time, it felt distant… almost unimaginable that more people would truly see it.

Now, watching the conversations happening around child exploitation and trafficking, I’m reminded how long truth can take to surface.

I didn’t think it would take five years for so many to start asking questions and demanding accountability, but here we are.

Sometimes poetry isn’t just art.
Sometimes it’s a warning.
Sometimes it’s a prayer.

And sometimes… it becomes reality.

Back in Blighty and here’s to a new chapter, with new adventures about to start in my life, for the New Year!

There comes a moment when you feel the quiet nudge… the whisper that says: it’s time. Time to grow. Time to leap. Time to follow your dharma and your deeper purpose.

This season is about honoring that call. Saying yes to the unknown. Trusting the path even when it unfolds one step at a time.

More teaching. More travel. More conversations that light the soul on fire. More rooms filled with seekers, storytellers, healers and brave hearts willing to evolve.

Dharma isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s a steady pulse guiding you toward what feels aligned, expansive and true. And when you follow it, life opens in the most unexpected and beautiful ways.

Here’s to new adventures.
To sacred work.
To living on purpose.

The journey continues and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Four years later and it felt like no time had passed ❤️🇲🇽

Reunited with my Mexican soul sister. Some connections are bigger than distance, time zones, or life chapters. They’re rooted in something deeper, shared spirit, shared growth and shared understanding.

We’ve both evolved, lived, learned… and yet the authenticity is exactly the same. That’s the magic of real people. No masks. No forcing. Just presence, laughter, deep talks, and that unspoken “I see you.”

There’s something beautiful about syncretism too, the blending of cultures, stories, traditions and experiences that shape who we are. Different backgrounds, same frequency. 🌎✨

Grateful for soul connections that remind you who you are and where you come from. Here’s to distance never weakening what’s meant to last.

I’ve just bought an incredible T-shirt from a Mexico City artist named Vida and I’m honestly in love with it. She creates her own artwork and prints the fabric using stone, inspired by traditional Mayan techniques.

There’s something powerful about wearing art that carries history, culture and intention in every detail. It’s more than a T-shirt, it’s storytelling through fabric.

So grateful to support artists who keep ancestral methods alive while creating something beautifully modern. 🤍

Called by the jungle 🌿
I entered the womb of the earth.

Today I sat in Temazcal with Miguel, his beloved partner and their beautiful son. An ancient ceremonial sweat lodge passed down through generations. Stone, fire, water, breath and prayer weaving together in the dark. Volcanic rocks glowing like hearts of the earth, bathed in water and sacred plants, releasing steam that carries intention, memory and medicine.

A Temazcal is a rite of purification and rebirth. In the darkness, guided by song and silence, you offer what you are ready to release and listen for what wishes to be born. Sweat becomes prayer. Heat becomes teacher. The body remembers.

I was held with deep care and humility.
I emerged cleansed, grounded and renewed, marked by the fire, blessed by the earth and witnessed by community.

With gratitude to the ancestors, the elements and the jungle that held us 🔥🤍

Lost in the strings, the fire, the soul.
Quietly sitting back, letting the warmth of Mexico wrap around me as a flamenco guitarist paints stories in every note. There’s a magic in music that speaks when words fall short.
