When life is busy, it's important to take a moment to pause, allowing your mind and body to rest and listen to itself.

Guided meditation is a great way to start, allowing someone else to guide the session so you're not tempted to do other things, or allow your mind to drift.

Each month there is a different theme where we experience lots of lovely things including:

πŸ’œ Yoga Nidra, a form of deep relaxation

🌟 Exciting news 🌟

I am a student again, and am loving learning a new practice.

In contrast to Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga is a more grounding practice - floor based poses held for 3-5 minutes using props to support the body. Instead of working on the muscles, Yin Yoga targets the fascia, ligaments and tendons creating a deeper sensation in the body.

I will share more details of this lovely practice over the coming weeks, and can't wait to integrate it into my current class offering πŸ™
