When life is busy, it's important to take a moment to pause, to allow your mind and body to rest and listen to itself.

Guided meditation is a great way to start, allowing someone else to guide the session so you're not tempted to do other things, or allow your mind to drift.

Each month there is a different theme where we experience lots of lovely things including:
