We’re kicking off our brand-new adventure with a little fun! 🎉
Our fresh new banner (yes, the one Justine was carefully unfolding!) is now proudly hanging on the side of our soon-to-open premises.

But here’s the twist… instead of giving away the location straight away, we’re dropping clues. 👀

If you happen to spot our banner, take a selfie with it and tag us — and as a thank-you, you’ll receive 20% off your very first treatment at our brand-new spot!

Our Horley branch will not be affected, and will continue to operate as normal.

Our very brave and slightly crazy receptionist, Debbie , did a tandem skydive yesterday.

What an amazing experience.

Debbie is raising money for St. Catherine's, please would you spare a few quid and go to her fundraising page, or do pop some small change into the pot on the reception desk next time you are in.

We are very excited to introduce you to our newest Associate Osteopath, Jamie Scutt

He will be joining us from next week, and we are very excited to have him start.

Jamie is a very knowledgeable and competent Osteopath who completed his degree with a 1st Class Honours at Swansea University.

He enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, using structural osteopathic techniques, pain neuroscience education, and tailored exercise rehabilitation to help each patient move better and reach their goals.

With a background in competitive sport, including winning an English Swimming Bronze medal and achieving a British Lifesaving Record, Jamie has a particular interest in treating sports-related injuries and supporting performance. That said, Jamie is just as passionate about supporting anyone seeking help with everyday aches, pains, and movement challenges.

Welcome Jamie!

To book an appointment with Jamie, please give us a call on 01293 784200 Or book online via our website.

Whilst an osteopathic treatment may resolve or correct many issues it is important to realise that if a patient doesn’t do anything outside of the treatment room to maintain the changes that have been made, the likelihood of symptoms returning is higher.

As Osteopaths, we prescribe various stretches and exercises to help patients give a sense of ownership and control over their complaint. So that if symptoms start to reoccur, there is something they can do to help.

These exercises can also help to maintain levels of mobility, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue healing between treatments, contributing towards pain relief and improved function.

Clinically we have found those patients who take a vested interest in self-management at home or in their workplace and complete the exercises and stretches we give them, have a quicker recovery time, and also find that combining this with maintenance treatments, they are able to use osteopathy as a prevention rather than a cure to their complaint.

Give us a call to book your maintenance appointment today.
