Our receptionist, Debbie, is raising money for St. Catherine's. She was selling cakes at the recent Pound Hill Pounders BBQ as well as buy a square, raffle tickets.

All 100 were sold between our patients and the PHP's.

We did the draw yesterday, and Cat from won the hamper.

Over the last few months, we have had 6 students come to us for work experience.

They all said that they wanted to go to university to study Physiotherapy, and even though we don't offer that, they felt they would still benefit from seeing how a clinic environment works.

We are delighted to say that most of them, after seeing what Osteopathy can do, have decided to study Osteopathy instead.

The unexpected benefit has been that they were so impressed that they have referred family and friends to us for treatments.

Wishing them the best of luck on their journeys, and who knows, we may employ one or two of them in the future 😀

Ruth - our in-house Psychotherapist - is always hunting down a sporting challenge. She admits she is not a natural runner but decided a marathon was on her bucket list for the ultimate test!

Suffering an ankle injury 2 weeks before race day, she sought the help of James and Harry for emergency treatment at The Carlton Clinic, and with their help, made it to the start line.

She took her family to Salzburg, Austria, for an adventure and officially ticked it off the list in a time of 4hrs36mins.

She crossed the finish line vowing to never run one again… but has already been looking for the next adventure location 🤩

Due to the increasing popularity of our Pilates classes, with our wonderful instructor, Nikki, we will be starting another Pilates class from Wednesday 11th June - 8.00pm - 9.00pm.

Currently, our classes are mixed ability classes, but the new class will be an advanced Pilates class.
