Never underestimate the healing powers of your pets! Animals have a level of emotional intelligence we as humans can sometimes take for granted.

For instance, we know a cat will purr at a certain frequency that calms an anxious mind and body in a human. This is what sound healing can do for you too!!

Also, who doesn't love a good cuddle with a small being that adores you as much as you should ❤️❤️

I find myself drawn to flames and will happily sit for hours just watching it dance around.

I am the same with water, I could watch running water from the tap, a river, trickling stream or the sea for ages and always feel very connected to nature, to myself and to a higher consciousness.

I've been very quiet and almost non existent for a time. There are reasons for this which do not need discussing.

So I thought I'd leave you with this 🖤 have a weekend my dears.

I realised recently that I've neglected my crystals a little. And let's face it I'm sure we are all guilty of letting them gather dust on a shelf at some point.
So I find myself cleansing them (and giving them a good dusting). So I thought I'd share with you all some of the ways you can cleanse your crystals rather than waiting every few weeks for a full moon 😂 as that seems to be the current trend.
