☀️In south-east England today we were blessed with a beautiful sunny winter’s day to bring January to its close. It’s difficult to receive enough sunlight here in the winter (summer too some years!), but I encourage everyone to make the most these opportunities.

😀 Exposure to sunlight is so importanf for our overall wellbeing. It can improve our mood, our mental and emotional health and help to regulate our sleep - also important of course for our physical health as it helps our body to produce vitamin D, essential for strong bones and a healthy immune system - perfect excuses to get out and about for a while on sunny days 🌞
