After 25 years of providing advice to both tourism businesses and disabled and older people, I finally retired in 2018. I still work as a volunteer in the community, but that is all. Thanks to all who have shared their thoughts and ideas with me during those years, I hope I helped to make a positive difference.

A story that continues to repeat itself. The wheelchair accessible vehicles are there, but usually only accommodate one wheelchair user each. Trains are generally accessible to more wheelchair users per train.
