Eva Partridge Registered Dietitian No longer taking clients Hello! My name is Eva Partridge, Iโ€™m a Registered Clinical Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant.

I have eleven years of Dietetic experience across the specialist areas of Gastroenterology, Surgery, Diabetes, Heart Health, Women's Health and Weight Loss Coaching. I am trained to advanced level in the Low FODMAP Diet. Tailored Dietetic advice needs to be both realistic and achievable for each individual while being based on sound scientific evidence. My background is in the Catering Industry and I am a real foodie! Training as a clinical Dietitian has given me the knowledge to give accurate therapeutic advice specific to your medical condition, dietary requirements and lifestyle. I see clients for one to one consultations either in one of my weekly clinics or online in the comfort of your own home. A personal consultation would include a full assessment, discussion of your requirements and formulation of a tailored action plan with supporting information for you to take away. Following this, follow-up appointments should you require them can be organised at your convenience either face to face, by Teams or via email. Please feel free to contact me at evapartridgerd@gmail.com with any queries, I look forward to speaking to you!

Do you have High Cholesterol? Would you prefer to bring it down with your diet over using Statins? The Ultimate Cholesterol Lowering Plan is a recognised dietary approach to lowering cholesterol. It involves a combination of plant sterols/stanols, almonds, plant fibre and soya protein alongside regular physical activity and a mainly vegetarian diet.
In short term studies the portfolio diet lowered cholesterol about as much as a low dose statin. In longer studies the portfolio diet lowered cholesterol on average by 20%

Hello all,
Apologies if you have seen this post already, as I have relocated I am trying to gauge interest in groups/workshops in the Reigate area and would like to get your opinion on what kind of thing you would be interested in coming along to... previous workshops that I have run have been;
1. Weaning workshops - tips, recommendations, strategies, myth busting and a great way to meet other mums in the same boat!

2. Messy Munchers - Informal get together of mums and 6 month - 2 year old (ish) tots where lots of unusual food is laid out and the children can taste, and explore new flavours and textures in a fun environment. (Mums do not need to help tidy up!)

3. Why Wait Watchers (adults) Informal weight loss/healthy eating group, short half an hour weekly session to check in, get tips and recipes and stay motivated with positive lifestyle changes.

Please let me know your thoughts, good or bad!
