What if, as self care advice, instead of exercises that helps with movement and remaining healthy posture, it was just... suggestion to go for a walk (without any bag or backpacks)... and imagine how would you feel if you had the best time of your life (whatever that means for you).
How would you move your legs, hips, how your feet would touch the ground, how would you position your chest and shoulders, how would you move your arms? Where would you put more dynamic in and what soften? How would you breath? Would you 'let more air into your belly'?
Even if you feel it for a while, try to remember that mechanic and mimic it when the feeling has disapeared.
You may start to use muscles that are weaker, and stretching those structure that were shortened. (Myself: had sore quads for 2 days :D and knee pain is gone. )
Some of our problems are just result of using our body some way that doesn't agree with it, and our mood has an impact on how we held our body or how we move.
