💚 Easy INNER (medial) knee pain rescue 💚
This morning, I woke up with that pain. (Joy of hypermobility). Oh dear, I need to be up and well for today adventures. So what's next?...
The muscle that gets usually tight is outside of the thigh (lateral quad). Don't be surpriced that you treat the tissue on the other side of the pain. It's easy to release that:
✅️ Warm it up. (gel pack, hot water bottle, shower)
✅️ Palpate outter side area of the upper leg. When you find some tight spot just stay there for 8-12 sec up to 3 times.
✅️ If you were given exercises for streghening you foot arch that's a big help. (Those with scranching a towel with your foot.) Just need to remember to do them.
My pain is gone for now.
