I feel like I’ve lost myself.

(This is me throwing out clothes AGAIN)

Since having kids, I don’t really know who I am anymore.

I don’t know how to dress nothing feels right on me.

Makeup feels pointless because I wouldn’t even know what suits me now.

Even when I go shopping, I don’t know what to buy… it’s like I don’t recognise the person I’m buying for.

My body’s changed, my priorities have changed and somewhere along the way, I disappeared a bit.

It’s a strange place to be.

I love my kids more than anything, but sometimes I miss me.

Not the old me just me.

I don’t have a big uplifting ending for this🤣🤣🤣

I’m still in it.

Still figuring it out.

Still trying to feel like myself again.

Monday Motivation: Move for Your Kids, Move for Yourself! 🏃‍♂️

It’s a brand new week — time to remind ourselves why staying healthy and active truly matters.

It’s not just about fitting into smaller clothes or hitting a number on the scale…

it’s about having the energy and strength to run around with your kids, kick a ball in the park, or chase them in the garden without getting a stitch.

When we neglect our health, we start missing those little moments the laughter, the play, the memories.

We become spectators instead of participants.

But when we take care of our bodies move daily, eat well, rest enough we give ourselves (and our families) the best version of us. ❤️

So this Monday, don’t think of exercise as a chore.

Baby Loss Awareness Week 🩷 (9th–15th October)

Making a family wasn’t simple for us.

This week always makes me think about what could have been, who they might have been.

My miscarriage before having Sienna was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through.

That kind of pain never really leaves, it just becomes part of you.

After Sienna and my MS diagnosis, we had to make some really tough choices about whether to try again.

The only safe treatment during pregnancy came with life-threatening risks like PML 😔

Then life surprised us…

I fell pregnant while on the coil (99% effective 🤣) but it turned out to be an ectopic pregnancy. 💔

I’ve always been open about my journey, and the messages from others who’ve experienced loss have truly helped me heal.

Talking really does make a difference.

The moment you see that positive test, your whole world changes your dreams, your plans, your heart. 💕

To all the babies who never made it earthside you’ll always be in my heart 🤍

To the family who are trying, I see you🤍
