Motherhood is something you can’t fully explain it’s beautiful, but it’s also really hard.
I’m on the countdown to going back to work, and it feels surreal how fast everything is going.
The kids are growing so quickly, and I’m just not ready for it.
Every day is a blessing, but every day is also a struggle.
This maternity leave has been so different. Normally I’d prioritise my fitness more training consistently, eating well but between having a baby, a toddler, and starting a new business, I’ve been in survival mode.
And honestly, I’ve found that really hard. I haven’t hit the weight loss goal I wanted this year, and that’s been frustrating.
I’m still working towards it… but right now, I’m just doing my best.
