Today is about starting conversations and breaking the stigma around mental health. A simple chat can make a huge difference, but we know those conversations aren’t always easy.

This is Ian, our Mental Health Training Delivery Manager, sharing why talking about mental health is so important.

At Shine Lincolnshire, our Mental Health First Aid and Su***de First Aid training can help you feel more confident to begin those difficult conversations, ask the hard questions, and support someone you’re worried about, because knowing what to say and how to listen really matters.
