Talking - A life Changer - A life Saver

Talking about our mental health really matters. Encouraging people to reach out for help matters. It is time to break the stigma. A conversation can save a life.

In the next England test match, Friday 1 Aug, there will be a day in memory of Graham Thorpe who died by su***de last summer. His family are raising awareness of talking about death and grief and especially when it is a death by su***de. They'd like everyone to know help is available and it is ok to talk and have help and support.

Shine Training and Education offers a range of courses in Mental Health and Su***de First Aid. You can learn about mental health, spotting the signs, how to support others and su***de first aid. All these can help you to be confident to know a conversation can be a life changer, a life saver.
