LIVES WHATEVER IT IS. WHATEVER YOU NEED. WE’VE GOT YOU. A commitment to saving life, whatever it takes. That’s what unites all our Emergency Responders. This isn’t a job.

Lincolnshire’s Integrated Voluntary Emergency Service: Delivering rapid, life-saving first response care for 999 emergencies across Lincolnshire through our network of Community First Responders. Whether they’re providing rapid first response support on their doorstep, or highly specialised medical interventions around the clock and across the county. It’s what they do. This is a life choice, that all LIVES’ volunteers share. Our charity provides expert skills through responding to a 999 call. We provide expert training. We fundraise. We are there when you need us most. www.LIVES.org.uk

10K. Full kit. One incredible challenge.

Jess is taking on the Lincoln 10K carrying a full LIVES kit bag on her back - pushing herself even further to support our life-saving work.

She’s already completed 4 x 10K races this year, so she’s more than capable - but this challenge is on another level.

Now she needs your support.

Every donation helps us continue responding to emergencies across Lincolnshire.

Today we’re honoured to share Christine’s story.

Christine dedicated her life to helping others, working with young people across Lincolnshire and supporting those who needed care, guidance and compassion.

When Christine needed help herself, LIVES were there - offering support, dignity and reassurance during an incredibly difficult time for her and her family.

Now, Christine’s parents, Martin and Elaine, are remembering her through Forever in Bloom, by dedicating a dahlia in her memory.

Forever in Bloom is a way for people across Lincolnshire to remember someone they love while helping LIVES continue to respond to medical emergencies across the county.

If there is someone special you would like to honour, you can dedicate a flower and become part of this shared tribute.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women who help shape LIVES.

From volunteers and clinicians to staff, fundraisers and supporters, women play a vital role in helping us save lives across Lincolnshire every day. We’re also proud to be led by a female Chief Executive, whose leadership continues to guide and strengthen our work.

Pictured here welcoming Sir Chris Whitty to LIVES, our Chief Executive represents the many women driving progress, compassion and expertise across our charity.

While today is a chance to recognise that impact, at LIVES we champion women - and everyone in our community - all year round.

Forever in Bloom 🌼

What if remembrance could also create impact?

Forever in Bloom is our in-memory campaign, bringing together a field of handcrafted yellow dahlias, each one dedicated to someone loved and never forgotten.

This isn’t just a display.
It’s a shared moment of reflection.
A space to pause.
A way to say: you are still part of our story.

With a minimum donation of £30, your dedicated dahlia will be included in the Forever in Bloom installation, helping LIVES continue responding to medical emergencies across Lincolnshire.

Every flower honours a life.
Every donation helps save one.

If there’s someone you would like to remember, we would be honoured to include them.

Some people leave a mark that never fades.

In our hearts. In our memories. In the stories we continue to tell.

It’s been incredibly moving to see so many people already dedicating a dahlia in memory of someone special. Each dedication carries love, remembrance and a story that deserves to be honoured.

From 23rd May to 7th June, the memorial display at the Petwood Hotel will bring every yellow dahlia together as one shared installation, a powerful tribute to lives that meant so much.

Every flower represents a person.

Every dedication helps LIVES continue responding to medical emergencies across Lincolnshire.

If there is someone you would like to honour, we would be privileged to include them.

Donate £30 or more to dedicate a dahlia and be part of something truly meaningful.

Forever In Bloom 🌼

There are people we carry with us every single day.

In the quiet moments. In the memories. In the love that never really leaves.

Maybe we were there when you needed us most.

We stood beside you and your family, delivering the highest level of care we could.

And through it all, we hope our presence brought reassurance in an incredibly difficult moment.

Forever In Bloom is our way of remembering those who are no longer here, and honouring the lives that meant so much.

From 23rd May to 7th June, we will be creating a memorial display at the beautiful Petwood Hotel. Every yellow dahlia, featured in our launch video, dedicated in memory of someone special will come together as part of one shared installation.

Each flower represents a life.

A story.

A person who is loved, and missed.

Together, the display will stand as a celebration of life, love and community, and a powerful reminder that remembrance can help save lives across Lincolnshire.

If there is someone you would like to honour, we would be privileged to include them.

🌟 Please Support LIVES – Double Votes This Weekend! 🌟

We’re taking part in MyGivingCircle, where charities can receive funding based on how many votes they get – and the more votes we receive, the better our chance of securing a share of £60,000.

From Friday to midnight on Sunday, every vote for LIVES will be automatically doubled.

That means:
✅ You cast one vote
🚀 It counts as TWO for LIVES

👉 Vote here:
https://mygivingcircle.org/lincolnshire-integrated-voluntary-emergency-servcies-lives/vote

It only takes a minute, but it could make a real difference in helping us continue delivering lifesaving care across Lincolnshire.

So get voting! And if you can share the link with friends, family or your networks, we’d really appreciate it.

Thank you for supporting LIVES 💛

Our Story

LIVES is a charity supporting an army of highly trained and dedicated volunteer Medics and Community First Responders, living in communities across Greater Lincolnshire. Our volunteers get to members of their local community fast to administer vital emergency care before handing over to the ambulance service. A community based LIVES Responder could be the difference between life or death.

Our highly trained volunteer Community First Responders and medics are exactly that – volunteers. They are everyday people who give their free time to attending 999 medical emergencies within their local community. They are there for thousands of people each year and their actions save lives. To keep our volunteers on the road, we need to raise over £1.4 million each year from public donations.

Help us save lives in Lincolnshire.
