We also go into schools. BACP, NCPS members, all with a DBS & safeguarding trained. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I am able to offer counselling using the 3 approaches of Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic. I have a BA (Hons) Degree and I am a registered member of the BACP and have an enhanced DBS.

It's not about what's wrong with you. It's about what you've gone through or are going through. Talking helps, don't bottle up those feelings. If you hurt yourself physically or have a medical problem, you go to the Dr's. So let's normalise asking for help with our mental health !
