📆 There are only 2 weeks until our 20hr Rocket Yoga Training begins on Sunday 8th May, running across 3 consecutive Sundays (8th, 15th & 22nd) at the studio from 12-6pm with Shahana Yasmin.

🚀 This training is for yoga teachers with experience in teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa looking to elevate their teaching. As a teacher of the Rocket Yoga system, you will be able to help students safely and effectively, progress in their asana practice in a much shorter time. Teaching how to break down poses and build on more challenging ones, allowing them to incorporate these into their regular practice.

🍀Good Luck to our 200hr teacher training students taking their final practical assessments today 🍀

It has been a long road for these ladies, who embarked on their 1 year YTT program with us for March 2020, little did we all know what lay ahead of us!

Postponing the start by 2 months, navigating our way through 2 further lockdowns with plenty of online practice, whilst juggling work from home and some even with the added stress of home schooling. Their focus and commitment has never faltered, to say we are extremely proud of these ladies is an understatement!

Having all passed their theory back in April, today’s practical assessments are the final stepping stones to becoming qualified Yoga Teachers to go forward and share their passion of this beautiful practice with others 🧡
