📆 There are only 2 weeks until our 20hr Rocket Yoga Training begins on Sunday 8th May, running across 3 consecutive Sundays (8th, 15th & 22nd) at the studio from 12-6pm with Shahana Yasmin.

🚀 This training is for yoga teachers with experience in teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa looking to elevate their teaching. As a teacher of the Rocket Yoga system, you will be able to help students safely and effectively, progress in their asana practice in a much shorter time. Teaching how to break down poses and build on more challenging ones, allowing them to incorporate these into their regular practice.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Non-teachers with an intermediate to advanced practice are welcome to apply for this course to deepen and advance on their own practice.
