Since the Gallows Corner road works began, we have experienced a significant drop in some of our classes. I'm sure this disruption and congestion has made it difficult for many local businesses. We therefore want to say a special thank you to everyone who has continued attending and, thank you for allowing extra time to get to your classes.

Start your evening with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

I have noticed airlines offering January flight sales, if you would like to join us on retreat in Greece this May, there is availability. We would love you to come along and enjoy this wonderful experience. You don't need to be fit or flexible, the retreat is not only a fabulous holiday, but also designed to introduce complete beginners to yoga and Pilates. Join us for the 9th year of our Greek Island retreats. We have many years of experience and have added lots of amazing activities for you to experience and enjoy during your stay. Many of our guests return time and time again which is testament to how outstanding our retreats are.

Let us introduce you to Yoga, Pilates, Poros Island and our friends.
Each morning we will take you on a blissful yoga journey, melting into your mat with a seamless hour of breathing, movement, and relaxation. In the afternoon enjoy Pilates and the benefits from this precise system of movement to increase strength, improve posture and flexibility, you will be amazed at how quickly you see improvements.

Between classes and in the evening enjoy Poros, relax, laugh, explore, eat, drink, breathe and sleep. Allow this enchanting island and warm climate to embrace you. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit in beautiful surroundings and in the company of other like-minded people.

Our New Year time table has started where Charlotte will teach yoga for wellbeing at 8pm to start you moving this January.

All our classes welcome complete beginners, we teach inclusive, easy to follow routines which encourage you to listen to your body and do what feels best. There is no judgement or demands to work harder, you can take things slowly, even stopping and resting if you want. We have availability at all our classes and warmly welcome new attendees. Yoga for wellbeing with Charlotte Monday 8pm - 9pm
In this class we will guide you through a yoga practice to strengthen and condition your physical body, increase your breath awareness, and reach a sense of mindful and physical fulfilment. This class will include both energising and deeply relaxing practices, which highlight the positive benefits yoga can bring to your life.

Hatha Yoga Flow with Charlotte Wednesday 6.15pm - 7.15pm
Take time to relax and recharge your emotional and physical body. This class will lead you through a beautiful asana flow, gently weaving positive intentions and affirmations throughout the practice. Each week you will be guided through asana (physical movement), pranayama (breathing), dhyāna (meditation) and savasana (relaxation) focusing on cleansing and replenishing your emotional and physical self.

Restorative Yoga with Pauline Friday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Start your we​ekend with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. Wishing you a very happy and healthy New Year
January is the most popular time of year to book a summer holiday, especially as the weather outside is cold and the days lack sunlight hours. You can combine a fabulous holiday with some wonderful Yoga and Pilates practice, including lots of Savasana (conscious restorative rest). These retreats are especially good for anyone on their own, most guests are single and love the support, fun and companionship our retreats provide. We have just 4 rooms still available on our May Greek Island retreat and would love you to share the experience with us. Please get in touch if you are considering making 2026 the year you join us.

We have now taught our final week of classes for 2025 and are closed until Monday 5th January. Thank you for your ongoing support and love, it's been another fabulous year.

I am a qualified Pilates, Yoga and specialist Ante & Post Natal teacher with many years of teaching experience.
