1. ACT WITH CONSISTENCY
Action beats motivation. Do the work even when you donât feel like it to build momentum. Discipline > motivation.
2. DEFINE YOUR âWINâ AND SET CLEAR GOALS
Identify your single most important goal, break it into milestones and write them down for clarity and direction.
3. PROTECT YOUR FOCUS
Eliminate distractions and act with urgency. If youâve time to procrastinate, youâve too much time.
4. TRUST THE PROCESS
Focus on long term change rather than quick fix fads. Apply small, incremental positive daily habits over time. Little + often accumulates to big changes.
Delayed gratification > instant gratification.
5. STAY IN YOUR LANE
Comparison is the thief of joy. Let go of external validation from strangers. Everyone is at their own stage of their journey. Keep moving forward on yours.
6. ABUNDANCE > RESTRICTION
Dwelling on what you canât have leads to misery. Switch your focus to what you can have and do more of what best serves you.
More sleep, more protein, more water, more fruits + veggies, more movement.
7. BE ADAPTABLE
Set a plan, but expect diversions and donât be derailed by them. You canât always control what life suddenly throws at you, but you can control how you react and move forward.
8. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU CONSUME
Be it food, social media, news, apps. Eliminate what steals your time, productivity and doesnât serve you or lead to growth. Add what does.
9. PROGRESS > PERFECTION
There is no perfect plan. Donât obsess on being immediately perfect, just better than before and for the long term.
1% better is still better.
10. PRIORITISE SLEEP + RECOVERY AS NON-NEGOTIABLES
If youâre not recovering, youâre not getting better. If your sleep suffers so does everything else.
