Tina has lost an incredible 15 stone on plan with the The One2One Diet Cork
She worked her way through the steps and is now maintaining steadily.
Before her mum passed away she pleaded with Tina to look after her health and address her obesity., as she had suffered multiple health issues because of her own weight.
Tina has never looked back and now leads a very different lifestyle.🙌
She has found a love and passion for exercise and this has been instrumental in her maintenance as well as now eating healthy food.😋
Tina is now a consultant with the 1;1 diet herself helping people to improve their health and lose weight.

After experiencing countless medical issues and being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, Emily knew it was time to prioritise her health. Although starting The 1:1 Diet felt like a last resort, it soon became something she fell in love with - since starting her journey she’s lost nearly 6 stone! With the help of the delicious products and the supportive community, she has turned her life around ✨

What’s more, since being on Plan and has been discharged from nearly all of her clinics! 🙌
