We finally had our office refurbished late last year and we needed a lovely Hornsea related painting to go on our wall. I didn’t have to think for too long to know where and who to turn to.
A huge thank you goes out to Mr Keith Robinson at The Gallery Hornsea for painting this for us!

From 02 March - 16 March we’ll be posting remembrance candles as a special token to those who can’t be with us this Mother’s Day.

Funeral announcement:

Michelle Elizabeth Biddlecombe, passed away on 27th January 2026.

Funeral service at Lelley Fields Crematorium (Birch Hall) on Friday 20th February at 1.30pm. No flowers please but donations may be left at the service for Yorkshire Cancer Research and SANDS. All are welcome back to Cloud9 after the service.

Funeral Announcement:

Shirley May Harland, passed away suddenly but peacefully on 9th January 2026, aged 88. Reunited with beloved husband Arthur. Dearly loved mum, grandma and great grandma.

Funeral service at St Augustine's Church Skirlaugh on Wednesday 4th February at 10.30 followed by burial in the cemetery. Family flowers only please, but donations may be left at the church for Dove House Hospice.

Funeral Announcement:

Maureen Margaret Hewson, passed away peacefully at home on 10th January 2026, aged 81 years. Dearly loved wife of Peter, much loved mum, grandma and great grandma.
A short funeral service to take place at Holy Trinity Church, Leven on Wednesday 28th January at 2.30pm followed by a private service at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby. Family flowers only please, but donations can be left at the church for Cancer Research UK and the Holy Trinity church coffee morning group. No black clothing by Maureen's request please.

Mark has successfully completed the 30 today: “Absolutely stunning scenery..albeit a tad cold.
Thanking everyone for all your kind support and donations.”
This race alone so far you have raised £585 for Dogs Trust and Oakwood Dog Rescue. Cracking stuff everybody, thank you so much!

Mark will be running the Hardmoors 30 tomorrow morning at 8am, starting at Robin Hoods Bay! Unfortunately there is no tracking link with this race. Huge thank you to all the donations so far!

This one is very close to my heart…The dogs trust and Oakwood dog rescue. They give unconditional love and ask for nothing in return.
Out on the trails with my Grand dog Russo..if I only had his energy.
